Tasting
We invite you to come and explore the uncompromising wines of Bibiana González Rave. Our small, secluded Sonoma County winery is home to wines of extreme power and finesse.
Our private, appointment only tastings are an opportunity to fully immerse yourself into the meticulous process behind crafting these beautiful wines.
Starting with a tour of the winemaking facility, each guest will have the chance for a behind the scenes view of our pursuit for perfection.
Booking ahead is strongly encouraged, as these tastings will be limited to only two groups per day. Visits normally last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Hero’s Journey Tasting
Discover a selection of exceptional wines showcasing Bibiana’s favorite terroirs from California, including Sonoma, the Russian River Valley and the Santa Lucia Highlands. Immerse yourself in exclusivity with the Hero’s Journey tasting experience, where you will be treated to an extraordinary lineup of limited production wines showcasing Bibiana’s 25+ years of winemaking experience.
The Hero’s Journey tasting starts with a private tour of the lab, cellar and barrel rooms, giving you a behind the scenes glimpse into the winemaking process. The tour is followed by a seated tasting which features five wines crafted by Bibiana González Rave, including both Appellation Blends and Single Vineyard selections.
The tasting fee is $75 per person and will be charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation, but will be applied to and deducted from the price of any wine purchased during the tasting.
